In order to create a life of abundance, you must first learn to let go of any resistance and limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. Interestingly, 90% of all thoughts are repetitive, according to Stanford University psychologist Dr. Fred Luskin. Having a limiting belief will prevent you from recognizing your true potential and from taking action toward that goal. Once you can release your limiting beliefs, you will be on the path to experiencing the life you truly desire.


You can also practice letting go of any limiting beliefs in your life. You can start by reciting an affirmation that says, "I am deserving of wealth, health, and happiness." This statement can be repeated over again, or you can write it down and recite it whenever you feel like it. Your goal is to make the belief more permanent by reminding yourself daily that you are deserving of your goals.

By identifying these limiting beliefs, you will be able to create a life that you truly want. You will notice that your vibration will become lower and your mood will be lower. As a result, you will be unmotivated, and you will find it difficult to attract the things you want. However, you can change the limiting belief that is blocking your progress. You will have the freedom to take action and achieve your goals, and you will be ready for any opportunity that comes your way.

In addition to this, you need to be able to believe in your dreams. If you don't believe in them, you will never be able to realize your goals. You must first see them as unattainable and then let go of them. When you have the courage to do this, you will be more likely to create the life of your dreams. So, you must begin by letting go of your limiting beliefs.

You can also let go of any resistance and limiting beliefs by identifying the root cause. When you are in resistance, it may be the result of an underlying fear. Look for the cause of the fear and resolve to let go of it. If you are resistant to a task or a certain situation, you are likely experiencing an underlying fear. You should try to identify the root cause of the fear and then dispel it.


If you do not believe in your dreams, you can't manifest them. The only thing you can do is think about them. Often, this is enough to trigger resistance. But if you haven't tried this, it will be hard to see the problem. In fact, your limiting beliefs may be a direct result of previous circumstances.
