In general, the works that transcend have to do with a good project that manages to consolidate thanks to excellent teamwork. I think that having a good team is a key point for everything we want to do, especially if we focus on projections.
I do not want to say that achieving great things individually is not possible, of course it is, in fact it is very feasible, but I know very well that working as a team is that we can achieve a greater impact, greater progress and in the long term. It is crucial that the latter is in the minds of all the members of the team, because if we cannot see that, if we cannot be in a position to find a meeting point to work in the long term, then we will not be able to advance as much as should.
People each have their strong point, that activity in which they feel safer and better prepared, that is where they should dedicate themselves to teamwork to give their necessary contribution. I know that it is not easy to get all the members to be in tune, above all because it can happen that in some cases personal interests prevail over general interests, this is another big problem that usually arises.
The last thing I am talking about is a clear sign of a lack of real integration of their interests with those of the project, in which, in the long run, the development of what is wanted may be directly and indirectly harmed. Since when it is necessary to be in the most complicated moments, those with less commitment will simply prefer not to be.
Therefore, to achieve real teamwork it is important that everyone is aligned to the same purpose, in which they are together in good times and not so good. And this is what is so easy for us to achieve. I think that when this is finally achieved, the work in general ends up being much easier, it is when a real advance in time can be achieved, regardless of the conditions of the environment, since there will be a global disposition.
These are some notes that I have very much in mind now when, after a long time working as a team, I have stopped to evaluate what I do, what we do, and the way in which it can have repercussions in the future, evaluating a bit of history of my work.
