Why my cat is afraid of our rabbits

My cat didn't use to be afraid of the rabbits, to be honest, most of the time he was trying to eat them.

Well, that was until this happened and now he is terrified of the bunnies.

So one day we saw him putting his paw into the cage trying to grab one of the bunnies and Frank (the male adult bunny) scratched his paw.

It must have hurt because when the baby bunnies were two and a half months old we put them on top of him and he just stood up and ran away like his life depended on it.

After a couple of weeks, he got used to them and became there guard dog because all the other cats in the area were trying to eat them as well so he began to protect them.

It was sooo cute.

And that was the reason why our was afraid of the rabbits.
