Earlier in the day, concerns were raised when police fired tear gas and started arresting PTI supporters at the start of PTI's Independence Long March. PTI leader Shirin Mazari has claimed that police are firing tear gas at expired women and children. "Throwing expired tear gas is not only a violation of the court order, it is also a terrorist act by Home Minister Rana Sanaullah against Pakistani nationals," he said.
