Here is a video tour of my mobile off grid camping setup and summary of this camping lifestyle at the end of my first two weeks camping full time in southwest Montana, October 2019. I have now been living the camping lifestyle for over a year and a half, so it's been working out alright...

This is inspiring. I've given thought in recent times of buying a little land with no house on it and leaving it that way (lack of finances) and using it for camping and if things fall apart (shtf) using it as a go to place. I would be able to prepare a little by maybe burying supplies there or something, to keep animals and thieves from disturbing them.
A lot of folks talk about gold and crypto and such for shtf bugout type events, but I think simple things like lighters and small solar panels would be worth way more in a barter system. The average person would have no use of gold, and if shtf access to electricity or internet might just see crypto become inaccessible.
