Life and death are two sides of the same coin, though we perceive them differently. Both life and death are like blank sheets of paper. After birth, a person fills life with colors, and when they encounter death, it becomes like a blank sheet again. Life begins with birth and ends with death. In reality, the essence of death lies in its finality. Just like when parts of a car become dysfunctional, it ceases to exist, similarly, in life, death marks the end.
Preparation is not required for life, but we must prepare for death; we must reflect on our good and bad deeds, and tread thoughtfully. Rakesh Shinde aptly said about life and death that everyone has to lose in the battle between them because while life has to be won every time, death has to be won just once.
We often ponder what will happen to us after death, but we should contemplate how we are living our given life. Life was given to us for worship, but time is passing in earning scraps of paper. Life, death, and sustenance are all in the hands of the divine. No human can guarantee you even a single breath or a morsel of food, so have faith only in your Creator, not in anyone else.
