Facing Challenges: At every stage in life, we have to face difficult situations. Either one overcomes them properly or one cannot. But these situations do not stop at the end of the day. Now the question is how you deal with those situations.
Power of Silence: Remain silent. Silence is the best virtue with which many things can be accomplished. Be busy with your own work by listening silently to whatever is said. If you are a student, then study; if you are a working person, focus on your job.
Strategic Planning: Make a plan yourself. Keep calm and make a plan. Situations can be dealt with if you follow the plan. You can take advice from others while planning. (You can also take it from me)
Shared Experiences: Just think that you are not alone in this situation and there are other people like you.
Self-awareness: Try to feel yourself. Life is only one, you are born once and will not be born again. Try to enjoy it.
Health First: Finally, try to stay healthy without worrying too much. The situation will pass anyway, but never compromise your health.
Avoid Despair: Flashback to one thing delicate situations will come in life, but do not forget and try to commit self-harm. There are numerous ways to find joy in being alive.
