It seems I got lucky walking down the street today. A local church was giving out some free food. It included a bag of rice, some canned ravioli’s, uncooked beans, apple sauce, pancake mix with some syrup and other minor things. I didn't let the opportunity go to waste so I also asked if anyone there could help me find a stable job.
Earlier today, I stopped by some gas stations and also applied at McDonalds. It turns out very few locations that I walked into had openings. Although, there were two that were ecstatic and said they needed someone for specific positions (entry-level) for overnight. I applied immediately, so they said on Monday they will get back to me.
Tomorrow is Sunday, so I'm going to head back to the same church and go to the service at 9 am.
