I just went on a sad journey. Truth and a pun all wrapped into one. Sadhguru is a fraud, and it totally sucks.
It started with this little clip-

And I thought, okay maybe it's out of context...but the more I looked into it I had to conclude he's not who I thought.
Here's the actual interview:
I suppose at this point, anyone with a huge following is suspect.
And this guy points out some other problems with him in a reaction video:
And just a bit more cringe... I'm not what you'd call a feminist, but damn.
Is there anyone with clout in this world who also has integrity? I don't have to agree with someone's take on every subject to like them overall, but a guy who is supposed to represent spiritual love and peace can't laugh maniacally after stating he's in favor of depopulation while simultaneously pretending to be a man of the people. That's a hard pass for me.
This just wasn't one of the better people days for me. I also made the mistake of checking out Twitter, which I rarely do and...this is what I read in the 30 minutes I was on it:
"I hate you," "well I hate you", "I hate your president", "well I hate your president", "you're stupid", "no you're stupid", "Elon's the savior", "no Elon's the devil"...
It's embarrassing, super cringy all the way around. Straining my optimism for the human race. If there Is an elite class bent on depopulation, it might be because they spent a day on Twitter.
Sorry guys, I just had to get all of that out of my system in a place I knew it was safe to do so :0)
I'll leave this off on a happier note, with me in my happy place- the back of hubby's bike-

His real mission is being revealed.
Electric guru joins the metaworse.
So I'm not the only one who caught that huh? Thanks for the link, I'll check it out :)
I've been on the lookout for creatures like him.
Global surveys over the past 10 years have shown a humanity increasingly pathetic - confused, depressed, uncertain - and longing for the simple choice of having no choice. The "I want to believe" syndrome, and the hope for a saviour. All ripe for a new dawn fades - what we really get is a tyranny of thought.
Oh, I've seen that for sure. Recently I watched whole groups go from Trump to Putin to Elon in a space of weeks. It's all very wearying to watch people get duped by actors over and over.
But are they real people you really know. Whenever I take a small sample of opinionated woketards, they don't look like real accounts - too new, too loud, too narcissistic, too... pathetic.
Ugh. More blaming the common man for everything that is wrong, more demands that we common folk have to restrict our actions for man to live. Wrong food, wrong clothes, wrong fuel, wrong water use. He is working for the chemicals/oil/plastics/ war/medical industry, which of course are the cause of all these problems, and never blamed for them.
Yup, it's sad that pretty much anyone with any fame at this point are not For the people. It would be nice if one of these exalted ones were actually worthy of their praise.
Exalted beings direct our attentions away from ourselves. We relinquish our own connections to truth, expecting their connection to be more valid. No exalted one is worthy of more praise than we are ourselves. Thinking out loud here. I do that. Thanks for the impetus.
But this guy takes the cake. I'd never heard of him.
Was it ever a good place? I wouldn't know, I would forget it even existed even people didn't reference it.
Me neither!
