In my country, rice farmers are struggling from low farmgate price that is caused by mandatory price ceiling. Not just that, before they could reap, they already suffer due to the high cost of farm inputs, making them/us susceptible to poverty. A depressing reality it is. With all that is going on, I could not help but question and complain. However, at the end of the day, there is this hope which keeps knocking on me, reminding me that "in every bad, there is good".
It is easy to be grateful in times of successes or prosperity. However, when things do not go our way, it is sometimes hard to pray and remain to be thankful. This is a challenge for me and this may be yours, too. May we always have a heart so grateful for whatever kind of "harvests" (bountiful or not) that we experience in life, for it is proven that gratitude is indeed a door to positivity, favor and grace.🌾🙏🏽🌱
