Wasted efforts can be very painful and challenging. Most people hardly recover from the effect of wasted efforts, after spending years and energy on the wrong path of your life.

Depression and anxiety usually set in when this failure fall on us, sometimes it can be very hard to acknowledge that we went the wrong path and move on. Accepting our mistakes and start all over again can be tiring and exhaustive.

Making mistakes is ok, but dwelling on your mistakes is never accepted. You have to develop the resilience and courage to acknowledge that you went the wrong path, and the discipline to redirect your efforts to the right path.

Overthinking will never bring what is good, rather it worsen the whole matter. You have to accept that this is life and it can happen to anyone, yes you work hard but it was in the wrong direction.

If you really want your personal growth, you just have to resist the urge of quitting, start over again and make things right this time. It is more preferable to do something for yourself than to waste your whole time and life thinking about your past failures, it will only weigh you down.

A mindset shift from your frustrations back to the goals you want to achieve is necessary, you just have to focus on what truly matters and let the past slide away.

All challenges and wasted efforts are there to make you learn, grow and prepare you for success, it is never to bring your life to an end, never let that happen to you, there is more to do than just being depressed and anxious.

Embrace your challenges and see it as an opportunity to move on to the true path of success.
