Moodiness, low energy levels and lack of adequate sleep can be caused by so many factors. Sometimes it is just the little things we fail to do that causes big problems to us, and if we do not fix this issues, it becomes more complicated to deal with.

If you are not sleeping well, you should try this;

  • Don't drink tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol when it is passed 8PM in the night.

  • When is 9:30pm turn off everything that makes your brain active, like your television, smartphones and gadgets.

  • Turn off all the lights when it is 10PM and go to bed.

You are moody or have a low energy level, try this;

  • Find time to rest, stress is deadly.

  • Sleep is very spiritual, find time to sleep. When you sleep, you body goes off and get turned on when you are awake.

  • As a spirit that lives with a soul in a flesh, there is a need to get your body recharged.

Don't forget sleep is your source of energy from the most high, don't ever joke with it. There is nothing that can improve your mood positively, boost your energy level totally like a good sleep.

No matter how busy you are, always make out time to recharge and regenerate yourself through sleep.
