The Resentment That Lies Between Hard and Smart workers.

It is often true that many will somehow envy and dislike you when they find out that you didn't hustle and struggle as the expected to reach the same level that they worked so hard for. That is you made it too easily that they could not imagine that they worked very hard to get there.

What we must all understand is that, every achievements are never measured by how hard you work. Whether you like it or not, life will have a way to favor those who love to play it smart.

My friend had complained to me about how one of his colleague easily got promoted to a position the she worked hard for years to attain. What was the issue, the colleagues was just months old in the company but he played smart and decided to talk his way up to the position.

Even though I agreed with my friend that it was unfair, I still find no reason for the envy. Because you worked hard for a position does not mean others will do the same.

Some people just love playing it smart and go the easy way, and they succeed with it. Life has given you options, if you can't work hard then play smart if it favors you, there is no need for the envy everyone does what works for them.

No doubt, smart work will always bring resentment from people who all they know is to work hard all the days of their life.

Hard workers always see it as injustice, just like tradition to they deem it unfair to some certain point, because they fell the pathway to success is struggles and effort.

The Hard workers has been taken as badge of honor for success, which the smart workers don't deserve.

You must understand that success is not only fixed to hard work. It is all about the strategy you develop, some might require hardwork, while some might just require smart work to achieve the same result.

In the world that we live in today time is a big deal, you might not have the time to work hard for everything that you want. Smart work gives you the chance to get work done easily.

Instead of envying the success of smart workers and seeing it as unfair, find a way to be like them if that is an issue to you and stop the resentment.
