Stop Overthinking, The World Does Not Revolve Around You.

Have you come to notice that most people who overthink are those who have not acheived nothing, and yet they always feel that everyone is against them or monitoring what they are doing all the time.

We keep living in the illusion that there are people who are always observing and monitoring our footsteps and everything we do. There is this thing inside of us that makes us feel everyone cares about what will do, or there are special people who want to know how you live your life.

Wherever our overthinking has led us to, we have been deceived by our thoughts. You should come to realize that the world does and cannot revolve around us, people are too busy with their lives that they hardly care about random people they see on the way.

Don't think you are too special, give yourself a breathing space and stop overthinking too much about people caring much about you, it does not happen in reality. You don't have to act too serious and extra careful living your life only because you feel someone out there is watching Evey movement that you make

People are immersed by their own ambitions and goals, everyone are trying to fix issues in their own lives, and they will not care about you if you are not in their problem or solution. You don't have to presuming unforseen attention to yourself especially when you are yet to achieve your goals in life. The people you feel are monitoring and judging you are busy with themselves, don't take life too serious, just do your thing.

If you are a victim of always thinking that people are judging every move that you make, it is time to let go of the validation seeking, do your thing and be yourself. Go out there and have fun, make mistakes and learn, grow and acheive your goals.

Always remember that you are not the centre of attention, but just a face in the large crowd.
