Thoughts can never be stopped but what to do when the head thinks badly
1 Identify the thoughts without blaming them. Because we think about what happens to us.
2 Evaluate the thought, whether it is anxiety or not. It is not a bad thing to be anxious for exams. If there is anxiety for it, then your brain is urging you to read.
3 If you have obscene or bad thoughts, you need to be friends with the person you are busy with. Instead of keeping yourself alone, you need to keep busy in your work.
4 Think about the benefits of what you are thinking now, what you have to do if it is not going to happen, it will give you an argument not to think. If you are worried about rejection before going to the interview, then tell yourself if you have a job or not, you will not be killed;)
Finally, let's end with one word
Remember, extra thinking is a kind of skill that causes a lot of problems, in fact there is no real existence.
