3. Following others: The greed of the eyes. Even if you don't want to, someone in your family wants you to be better or do something better than your neighbor or his colleague, then you will be in competition.

4. Changes in people's tastes: You may be anxious to see your colleagues or friends go for a walk, market, but you can't. Then you will feel upset and annoyed at your own position. You want them to continue like you.

5. Sick competition: This competition comes especially from the good result of the future wife or the son of such and such. If your son's test results are worse than Anika's next door, your anxiety will increase. You then put pressure on your son.
