How do I overcome my fears, stop worrying so much about failing, and still achieve success? The most important thing you can do to build confidence in yourself is to keep going after what you want.
Failing doesn't mean you're not qualified, it means you need to try something else.
It's impossible to worry about failure all the time - if you do, you're going to waste your time worrying and you'll fail before you succeed. This is bad.
A big part of why we fear failure and doubt ourselves is because we're surrounded by people who have the same thoughts. It's so easy to compare ourselves to those around us and feel inadequate, but that isn't going to help you get what you want.
There are two ways to get out of this mindset. One is to surround yourself with people who are successful, who will tell you that you're doing great. The other is to find people who have had similar experiences and see how they overcame it.
The way you respond to failure and the people who support you will determine whether you build confidence or anxiety.
There's a reason why some people are naturally better at certain things than others. I'm one of those people, and I've learned some things along the way about dealing with self doubt and achieving success.
I'm sharing these tips in hopes that you can learn from them. Please let me know how you fare and share your thoughts in the comments below.
