During the week there was a holiday due to prediction of heavy rainfall, which I mentioned in my yesterday's blog as well. WI returned from Mumbai on the same day, hubby came to pick me up at the Airport and while we were on our way home from Airport, which was evening time, some of our friends called up and they asked us to come to the beach. It was a short flight for me, so I was not tired and the weather was nice so we decided to join them to the beach. Instead of going home then we drove to the beach.
Our friends had come all prepared for an eventful evening at the beach. They were to make Pakodas and then have it along with tea, which is a perfect combination for a rainy weather. Hubby is a good chef, so as soon as we reached there, he plunged into the cooking part. I felt good because normally when I come back from India, my 1st day is always a little sad missing home, but with this, catching up with friends and spending time with beach made me feel happy and not missing India.

The 3 men are at work, while we wives were watching them do the work for a change.
It's getting cooked.
They kept preparing and serving us and we enjoyed the evening with gossips and fun.
