Leadership is a key role in society: leaders guide us to make us better: they stay close to me our steps perfect. Not that they are perfect, but they try to make their subordinates better. That the power of leadership. We are staying in a community whereby with both old and young men, do we choose a young man or a young man?

A leader is someone submissive to his followers. A leader is someone ready to sacrifice a lot for the betterment of an organization. Leaders don’t quit. They put in their best, keep encouraging their subordinates even when they feel there is no hope. They are the trees of motivation every follower looks up to. Let’s respect them because it isn’t easy to carry the reputation of an organization.

Leaders are not gods. They aren’t perfect. They need our help to make themselves better to serve us. Life doesn’t seem the way they appear. Leaders put in their best to make situations better for subordinates. No matter how useless you think they might be, they are worth the respect you refuse to give them. They serve as the face of an organization. It's sometimes easy to criticize than be a leader. Don’t stand and judge, appreciate and encourage them to be their best.
