According to a Civiq's poll, Independent Latinos have a favorable view of Donald Trump. I find that to be quite interesting as many Democrats view Donald Trump extremely negatively.
Democrats are having a tough time appealing to Latinos, and as more Latinos are leaving the Democratic Party, the Republicans are seeing some opportunities to sway disillusioned voters. Democrats have done their best to cater to narratives that Donald Trump is racist, but lots of those views are backfiring and working against them.
50% of independent Latinos, according to civiqs, view Donald Trump Favorably, while 46% have a negative view about him. 4% are unsure. What do you think this means for the Democratic Party and the future of Latino party affiliation in the future?
