In the morning, I've seen my daughter's dry cough got worse, so the whole family went to see a doctor. Thanks to this, I got an IV and I think this helps boost up my recovery from aftereffects of covid-19. While receiving the IV, my forearm felt a bit stiff. They say this is a phenomenon caused by poor blood vessel condition (or lack of exercise). I didn't know this because I had never experienced this before, but I felt a little sad because I thought it was time to take care of my blood vessel health.
아침에 딸아이의 마른 기침이 심해져서 온가족이 손을 잡고 병원에 다녀왔습니다. 덕분에 영양제 링거를 한번 맞고 컨디션 회복이 빠르게 되는 듯합니다. 링거를 맞는 동안 팔뚝이 좀 뻐근한 느낌이 들었는데 이는 혈관이 수축되어 (한마디로 혈관 컨디션 난조 또는 운동부족) 생기는 현상이라고 하네요. 한 번도 이런 적이 없어서 몰랐는데, 이젠 혈관건강도 챙겨야 되는 시기가 왔나 생각되어 조금은 서글펐습니다.
After returning home, after 10 days of self-quarantine, I spent time with my daughter for the first time in a long time. we had a fun time preparing her meals, drawing pictures, and stopping by a nearby stationery store to buy stickers she wanted.
집에 돌아온 뒤, 자가격리를 한지 열흘만에 오랜만에 딸아이와 함께 시간을 보냈는데, 식사도 챙겨주고, 그림도 그리고, 근처 문구점에도 들러 갖고 싶어하는 스티커도 사며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.
