블러트(Blurt)에서는, 트랜잭션 fee를 부과하고 있습니다. 운영진의 댓글에 따르면,
모든 트랜잭션에 대해서 0.05 Blurt fee 부과.
Kilobyte 당 0.01 Blurt fee 부과.

보팅, 트랜스퍼, 댓글 다 fee가 들어갑니다.
보팅, 트랜스퍼, 댓글 (짧은 한줄짜리) 다 fee가 부과되었습니다. 다만 0.05 blurt 가 딱 부과되는 건 아니고 편차가 좀 있었습니다.
아래 스샷은 보팅 전과 후 예시. 전(3,382.484) - 후(3,382.478) = 0.006 blurt가 fee로 부과됨.
좀전에 페이아웃이 끝난 첫글이 있길래 클레임해본 상황입니다. 현재는 100% 파워로만 주는군요.
이 글을 포스팅하고 나면 fee가 얼마나 부과되었을지 댓글로 달아두겠습니다. 현재는 5.192 (유동) 블러트가 있군요.
Just so you know, witnesses are now in control of fees on blurt.
The witnesses are moving to adjust fees so that the per operation fee is .001 blurt and the per kilobyte fee is .1 blurt.
this should make small transactions like voting cheaper, and large transactions like 64 kB of cock spam, more expensive.

마지막입니다. 그 다음 댓글은 4.954 - 4.902 = 0.052 blurt 가 들었었고, 위 댓글의 보팅은 4.902 - 4.851 = 0.051 blurt가 들었습니다. 이 댓글 후에는 4.851 - 0.051 = 4.8 정도가 남을 것으로 추정되며, 그러면 실험을 종료하겠습니다.

My guess is that they are going to change fee structure.
