제주도 동부 호우주의보

함덕해수욕장은 낮에는 물이 빠져있고, 밤에는 다시 물이 들어옵니다만 오늘처럼 호우주의보가 발령한 날은 아침부터 물이 가득차있네요. 그위로 갈매기가 앉아있지만 빗물이 세지니 다들 어디론가 가버렸네요.
