Selection material
10 jujubes, 10 ginkgo, a little bit of egg fat
Seasoning
6 tablespoons of sugar, 120 ml of soy sauce, 90 ml of pear juice, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic,
4 tbsp chopped green onion, 1 tbsp sesame oil + 360ml water
