So I need help. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? In the big container is store bought kimchi. In the small container is my own. I'm still learning so please don't judge.
Except for the looks the taste differs as well. Mine is much more sour. In the beginning it had the taste of ginger and garlic, not so much of chilli. I liked the taste the first day. Then it fermented and became only sour. I can still eat it but it's not so good anymore.
I've never been to Korea, don't have any relation there. The only kimchi i have ever eaten were at japanese and korean restaurants.
