Everything is better with bacon and when you mix bacon with kimchi... mind blowing goodness. My sister love korean food but as a working mom of three kids, she’s busy, busy, busy! I came up with this recipe for her and it’s now everyone’s favorite. Use it as a jam with bread or with rice or as a condiment in everything!!!! Like Frank’s, I put that s#%* on everything!!!!
Bacon kimchi jam!!! Life changing
1 sliced onion
1/2 pack of bacon
2-3 cup of kimchi ( the older the better)
1 tbsp gochujang
1/2 tbsp of honey.
Cook and enjoy on everything!
