My ENTIRE working career has been sales and 'customer service', in one form or another...
People oriented jobs, and pretty successful in all of 'em - which means of course - the ability to get along and communicate effectively.

Yeah, Social media creates monsters out of regular people. It’s brutal.
That’s why I just post photos of my Dog…. and just ignore the complaints and conspiracies.
....my low disagreeableness personality trait (v. low), was mitigated by alcohol in my working life (all entertainment industry / hospitality - one way or another).
I.e - the abiity to tlak nane shit for a good outcome.
Now I don't drink etc - and I don't have to work with people - my 'disagreeableness trait can roam free !
