Develop the ability to express yourself in powerful, uncompromising, and strict ways. You have no control over anything, so don't feel sorry about it.

⦁ Eventually, you'll have constant resentment.

Feeling resentful after being taken advantage of for your extremely nice and helpful nature is a fairly common reaction.

⦁ Expectations will be high, and there will be disappointment on both sides.

People will come to expect you to be available around-the-clock if you are. regardless of the nature of the situation. People will be frustrated with you and won't be hesitant to voice their displeasure in you since you will be genuinely unable to assist them, rather than appreciating and respecting your private life. Consequently, you will also feel let down.

Try explaining your limitations to individuals in a way that makes sense to them, considering their perspective and mental capacity.

⦁ You'll stop caring for and loving yourself.

You are no longer entitled to a private existence. You will become so engrossed in serving others that you will neglect your own needs, desires, and self-care. ultimately leading to a poor sleep schedule, dehydration, poor health, and other physical and emotional problems.

The timing is crucial. You should schedule time for your own projects and treat them with the same consideration, caution, and wisdom that you show others when you give of your time.

⦁ You'll lack credibility

The awful, terrible, and horrifying truth is that if you are around people too often, they will believe you have a secret agenda and a hidden resolution. They will believe you to be ostentatious or shallow. As so, you will be unreliable.
There should be "me-time" for you each day. Give yourself 20 minutes or more to meditate. Since it's your choice and entirely up to you, respect yourself enough to refuse to do the things you don't feel like doing.
