You force the point on eating in the morning and plant food based diet but the GH is full on in the morning and it is really not recommended to eat in the morning .
Many people in health department would not agree
Of course cutting alcohol and candies is obviously the most logic recommandation
But not eating meat or at night , not everyone would agree .

In terms of weight and health , everyone reacts differently ...
Though you do look healthy , but that doesnt mean anything .

Well done losing weight is hard once you carry some it’s not the same as maintaining
