Archaeological dig at Sea of Galilee, 1st century Israel

To date this is the oldest Star of David found on an Archaeology dig in Northern Israel (See map below)

Ornament from an Ancient Synagogue… from the 1st century AD.

Shema is an archaeological site located in Israel at the foot of Mount Meron. It features the ruins of a large Jewish village of the Roman and Byzantine periods, including the remains of an ancient synagogue and a mausoleum.
