Wohoo, the support function worked as you lot said it would. I got a reply back from the team very quickly. I am quite impressed.
In the mean time, I also reached out the the DTube team on Discord and two of the devs replied to me. One of them suggested the same 'support' function on ionomy while the other one said that DTube is actually in maintenance mode at the moment and posted a screenshot of a message he can see on his end.
On my end though, I see no such message or warning telling me it's in maintenance mode. Maybe I'm not seeing it or not looking properly, like I didn't notice the 'support' button on the ionomy exchange. Ah who knows. I'll just wait it out and see what happens.

Ionomy has a great support. Much better than Probit.
Ionomy usually responds within an hour or so.
They've resolved my issue once i went through the correct channel. Very happy with the service.

Don't think I ever said I'd never come back on Blurt. Just don't plan to use it much as it's low value to me. Doesn't mean it's not good for others. Whatever floats your boat.
