Hi all. My name is Charity. The truth is I prefer to be called Cary 😅, since I was a child I've been fighting with my names 🤷‍♀️, it's not personal, but I don't like any of them.

I was born in a beautiful and hot Venezuelan state, called Portuguesa. All my life I have lived in the same town, I am not very fond of traveling, I prefer the serene and calm life of my town.

I have a degree in administration, but the truth is that I never pursued my career as such, preferring instead to dedicate myself to education at the university level.

During my adolescence I dedicated myself to learning to sing, something that I later taught to my older daughters, who sing even better than me, that is, the students surpassed the teacher 😅.

My family

Well, they are my family. We are a large family, 2 adults, 2 teenagers, who I will talk about later because they are super warrior girls despite their young age, and 3 children, who in difficult times have shown that we llaneros are the size of commitment. That is present. 3 years ago, that wonderful man who is by my side had to leave our beloved Venezuela for Peru, looking for better opportunities, because in our country, he went from having an excellent job to being unemployed, thanks to the expropriation policy of productive enterprises implemented by the national government.

I remember with great sadness, how on that July 1, 2018 we said goodbye to him, when he left for Peru to work for his children. While he was here, I was still at my job in Venezuela, waiting for the moment when he would return.

Unfortunately that day he did not arrive. It was actually easier for him to bring his family, that is, our children and me, to Peru to be together with him. It's been 2 years and 2 months since I left my land, although I don't like to travel, as I told you in my presentation!

The change of culture, of climate, the separation of our families, has been difficult, but in a way, being here has helped us to value even more what we have and had in Venezuela. Here we have not had it so easy, due to the pandemic, but, taking into account the current situation in Venezuela, I think we are a little better.

I firmly believe that, although we miss our family extremely and yearn with all our souls to return to Venezuela, God has great and important plans for us as a family and that it is important to fulfill his will. Praying every day for Venezuela and for all those we left there and working hard to help our families.

• Another thing I will share with you is about my love for God, for my family, books, coffee, Christmas and music. Being able to sing, for me is the best.

Mi Primer Post en Blurt

Hola a todos. Mi nombre es Caridad. La verdad prefiero que me llamen Cary 😅, desde niña he estado peleada con mis nombres 🤷‍♀️, no es personal, pero ninguno me gusta.

Nací en un hermoso y caluroso estado venezolano, llamado Portuguesa. Toda mi vida he vivido en el mismo pueblo, no soy muy aficionada a viajar, me gusta más la vida serena y tranquila de mi pueblo.

Soy licenciada en administración, pero la verdad no ejercí nunca mi carrera como tal, sino que preferí dedicarme a la educación a nivel universitario.

Durante mi adolescencia me dediqué a aprender a cantar, algo que luego le enseñé a mis hijas mayores, quienes se desempeñan en el canto incluso mejor que yo, o sea, las alumnas superaron a la maestra 😅.

Mi familia

Bueno, ellos son mi familia. Somos una familia grande, 2 adultos, 2 adolescentes, de quienes les iré hablando más adelante pues son unas chicas súper guerreras a pesar de su corta edad, y 3 niños, que en los momentos difíciles han demostrado que los llaneros somos del tamaño del compromiso que se presente. Hace 3 años, ese hombre maravilloso que está a mi lado, tuvo que salir de nuestra amada Venezuela a Perú, buscando mejores oportunidades, pues en nuestro país, pasó de tener un excelente empleo, a ser desempleado, gracias a la política de expropiación de empresas productivas implementada por el gobierno nacional.

Recuerdo con mucha tristeza, como aquel 1 de julio de 2018 nos despedimos de él, cuando partió a Perú a trabajar para sus hijos. Mientras él estaba aquí, yo seguía en mi trabajo en Venezuela, esperando el momento en que él regresara.

Lamentablemente ese día no llegó. En realidad fue más fácil para él traer a su familia, o sea, a nuestros hijos y a mí, a Perú para estar junto con él. Hace 2 años y 2 meses que salí de mi tierra, aunque no me gusta viajar, como les comenté en mi presentación!

Ha sido difícil el cambio de cultura, de clima, la separación de nuestras familias, pero en cierta forma, estar aquí nos ha ayudado a valorar aún más lo que tenemos y teníamos en Venezuela. Aquí no la hemos tenido tan fácil, debido a la pandemia, pero, tomando en cuenta la situación actual de Venezuela, creo que estamos un poco mejor.

Creo firmemente que, aunque extrañamos en extremo a nuestra familia y anhelamos con toda el alma regresar a Venezuela, Dios tiene grandes e importantes planes para nosotros como familia y que, es importante cumplir su voluntad. Orando cada día por Venezuela y por todos los que dejamos allá y trabajando arduamente para poder ayudar a nuestros familiares.

• Otra cosa que les compartiré es acerca de mi amor por Dios, por mi familia, los libros, el café, la navidad y la música. Poder cantar, para mi es lo mejor.
