We all know it:

Living in modern society can be emotionally challenging. There are so many tasks we have to master, so much responsibility, so little time for the things we like and due to the media we are constantly surrounded by negative stories about chaos, death and despair. Sometimes it feels like the circumstances are getting worse and worse with little things to look forward to.

But what if I told you that it doesn’t have to be this way?
That things can be beautiful?
That we don’t have to travel to exotic and far distanced places to find happiness?

There is already so much beauty around us, coming in form of all those little moments of joy. Sometimes we are too busy to perceive them and I would like to change this. Therefore I created the sunshine sphere to challenge our view on our dire daily life and open our eyes for the daily beauty and all the little miracles that just wait for us to notice them.

On this blog, I will tell you about my favourite moments of the day, the little wonders I encountered and all the aspects of life that I am grateful for. Curious? Das Leben in der modernen Gesellschaft kann emotional herausfordernd sein. Es gibt so viele Aufgaben, die wir zu bewältigen haben, so viel Verantwortung, so wenig Zeit für die Dinge, die uns begeistern, und aufgrund der Medien sind wir ständig von negativen Geschichten über Chaos, Tod und Verzweiflung umgeben. Manchmal hat man das Gefühl, dass die Umstände immer schlimmer werden und man sich nur noch auf Kleinigkeiten freuen kann.

Aber was wäre, wenn ich dir sagen würde, dass es nicht so sein muss?
Dass die Dinge wunderbar sein können?
Dass wir nicht an exotische und weit entfernte Orte reisen müssen, um unser Glück zu finden?

Es gibt bereits so viel Schönheit um uns herum, die in Form all dieser kleinen Momente der Freude kommt. Manchmal sind wir zu beschäftigt, um sie wahrzunehmen, und das möchte ich ändern. Deshalb habe ich die sunshinesphere geschaffen, um unseren Blick auf unseren düsteren Alltag herauszufordern und unsere Augen für die tägliche Schönheit und all die kleinen Wunder zu öffnen, die nur darauf warten, dass wir sie wahrnehmen.

In diesem Blog werde ich dir von meinen Lieblingsmomenten des Tages erzählen, von den kleinen Wundern, die mir begegnet sind, und von all den Aspekten des Lebens, für die ich dankbar bin. Vivir en la sociedad moderna puede ser un desafío emocional. Hay tantas tareas que tenemos que dominar, tanta responsabilidad, tan poco tiempo para las cosas que nos gustan y debido a los medios de comunicación estamos constantemente rodeados de historias negativas sobre el caos, la muerte y la desesperación. A veces se siente como si las circunstancias fueran cada vez peores con pequeñas cosas que esperar.

Pero, ¿y si te dijera que no tiene por qué ser así?
¿Que las cosas pueden ser hermosas?
¿Que no tenemos que viajar a lugares exóticos y lejanos para encontrar la felicidad?

Ya hay tanta belleza a nuestro alrededor, que viene en forma de todos esos pequeños momentos de alegría. A veces estamos demasiado ocupados para percibirlos y me gustaría cambiar esto. Por eso he creado la esfera del sol para desafiar nuestra visión de nuestra terrible vida cotidiana y abrir nuestros ojos a la belleza diaria y a todos los pequeños milagros que esperan a que los percibamos.

En este blog, les contaré mis momentos favoritos del día, las pequeñas maravillas que he encontrado y todos los aspectos de la vida por los que estoy agradecido. ¿Curioso?
