Es broma, es mejor: Hola a todos.
Me presento: mi nombre es Ana Pialejo, generalmente conocida en redes sociales como @pialejoana. Actualmente tengo 29 años de edad, de instrucción universitaria como Ingeniero; pero en oficio y dedicación como Blogger, repostera y emprendedora.
Un poco de mí:
El inicio de mi labor en la cocina comenzó lento y de manera empírica, muchas cosas veía en redes y yo también quería intentar. Poco a poco fui comprando materiales acorde a lo que se necesita en repostería e inicié mi camino de aprendizaje. Ciertamente las cosas en sus inicios no eran nada estéticas, muchas cosas que ajustar y técnicas que aprender, pero la constancia y dedicación marcan la diferencia en el camino. Compré moldes, batidora de pedestal, materia prima y más, gracias a mi trabajo en Hive.
Primero inicié elaborando recetas básicas, después otros tipos de postres más estilizados, y en la actualidad tengo mi pequeño emprendimiento basado en la elaboración de tortas y postres.

A veces reflexionando en lo que han pasado los años, veo un poco discernido el camino. Y es que, dependiendo de cómo se le vea, se tiñen los contextos. Bien, estudié 5 años en la universidad preparándome para trabajar en el campo como perito de cultivo. Pero el desempleo y demás contextos de mi país me llevaron a otra cosa, explorar contenidos digitales y aprender de cosas que no tenía ni idea que existían. No fue una mala decisión, claro que no, considero que aprender es y siempre será ganancia.
En la actualidad además de mi negocio de repostería, estoy aprendiendo a usar una aplicación llamada Canva, es muy común para armar publicidad digital y más. Desde mi lado, aprender a elaborar mi propia publicidad me ha permitido reducir costos y además tomar momentos de entretenimiento creativo. Creo también, que si sigo aprendiendo en esta aplicación y otras más relacionadas al diseño, podría hasta postular un medio tiempo como freelance en esta área (awww...Les cuento, soñar me es fácil).
Otras cosas de mi:
Vivo en el llano venezolano, Portuguesa. En un pueblo como decimos aquí: ¡allá metido.! Donde casi ni hay señales telefónicas y la electricidad falla siempre, menos los zancudos e insectos que andan activos. 😂
Me gusta estar en casa, en fin mi trabajo me absorbe mucho. Amo el café, los gatos y solo un perro, mi perro llamado Stimpy. También tengo un gato, llamado Pelusa, sus ojos me recuerdan al gato de la película de Alicia en el País de las Maravillas. 🤭
Me gusta escuchar música cuando estoy trabajando en la cocina, siento que me relaja. Algunos de mis familiares al escuchar mis canciones favoritas me dicen: ¿Te damos una botella?
Relax, no es mi culpa que la música popular me guste tanto.
En cuanto a mis ratos libres, que son muy pocos... En ocasiones veo Tik Tok y repentinamente no tengo más tiempo libre (parece que se disuelve como agua en mano). Es tan entretenido y vicioso. Muchas veces cuando veo que mi consumo en esa aplicación esta pasando ciertos rangos, me someto a una dieta de redes sociales, para ayudarme a centrarme en mis actividades principales. ¿No les pasa eso?
Bueno, creo que hasta ahora estuvo suficiente de hablar sobre mi. Espero poder armar contenido interesante en esta plataforma, relacionado a mis recetas y diseños, tanto digitales como palpables.

A little about me:
The beginning of my work in the kitchen began slowly and empirically, I saw many things on networks and I also wanted to try. Little by little I was buying materials according to what is needed in confectionery and I began my learning path. Certainly things at the beginning were not aesthetic at all, many things to adjust and techniques to learn, but perseverance and dedication make a difference along the way. I bought molds, stand mixer, raw materials and more, thanks to my work at Hive.
First I started making basic recipes, then other types of more stylized desserts, and currently I have my own small business based on making cakes and desserts.

From my side, learning to make my own advertising has allowed me to reduce costs and also take moments of creative entertainment. I also believe that if I continue learning in this application and others more related to design, I could even apply for a part-time freelance in this area (awww... I'll tell you, dreaming is easy for me).
Other things about me:
I live in the Venezuelan plain, Portuguesa. In a town as we say here: there stuck.! Where there are almost no telephone signals and the electricity always fails, except for the mosquitoes and insects that are active. 😂
I like to be at home, in short, my work absorbs me a lot. I love coffee, cats and only one dog, my dog named Stimpy. I also have a cat, called Pelusa, his eyes remind me of the cat in the Alice in Wonderland movie. 🤭
I like to listen to music when I am working in the kitchen, I feel that it relaxes me. Some of my relatives, when listening to my favorite songs, say to me: Shall we give you a bottle?
Relax, it's not my fault that I like popular music so much.
As for my free time, which is very few... Sometimes I watch Tik Tok and suddenly I have no more free time (it seems to dissolve like water in hand). He is so entertaining and vicious. Many times when I see that my consumption in that application is passing certain ranges, I go on a social media diet, to help me focus on my main activities. Doesn't that happen to them?
Well, I think that until now it was enough to talk about me. I hope to put together interesting content on this platform, related to my recipes and designs, both digital and palpable.
