We're Jürgen and Mike and we're excited to find out what BLURT is all about. WEB3 and blockchain publishing is not new to us - in December 2017 we joined Steem during our time in Lisbon. We got so fed up with centralized platforms and by chance found about Steem and their Steemfest which was happening just a few month earlier in Lisbon before we arrived. We signed up for an account and from then on we totally believed in what blockchain technology could do for content creators like us. We then also attended the Steemfest in Krakow and Bangkok.
Travel Blogging Platform With a Gateway to WEB3
Traveling and blogging is our passion and we truly believe that our work should be able to contribute to our income but sadly with centralized platforms it's not possible. That's why we co-founded TravelFeed, a travel blogging platform which acts like a gateway to WEB3.
Travel Blogging Since 2010
We started travel blogging in 2010 for our travel blog For 91 Days - early on we decided on tackling the world while traveling slow. That said we're always staying in one spot for 3 month to get a real sense of the places we're visiting. Then we write about our experience, take pictures and videos - giving our readers unique insights to some really special places.
Since we started we visited 21 locations and published almost 2000 articles and yes we're going to continue to travel as long as we can. Even though right now we were forced to stop due to the pandemic. But right now we're in the process to sort things out again, so that we can hit the road again very soon.
And travel is just one thing we do, we also run a movie recommendation website for over 14 years. It's super popular but due to our travels we haven't updated it for several years. But we're working on it right now before starting to travel again and we even trying to figure out on how to bring that website onto the blockchain.

This is excellent! I'm really happy you decided to give Blurt a try. I like to look at it more of a place to build and grow as the price at these levels can get pushed around quite easily. Which can work hugely for us or against us. So Blurt is super ripe for additions like travel feed and the beginnings of a thriving travel community. Thank you so much for the comment. It's always hard to start out on a platform but the welcoming so far has been incredible. Yeah, we need to figure out what direction to go and how we can integrate new platforms to TravelFeed, there might be some technical obstacles but maybe not. :) Again, thank you for having us!

I don't know if you remember we meet in Bangkok with your friend Chris you had just arrived in Bangkok and were very tired we were keeingp you awake while walking around the Bangkok river that ended up a awesome day, anyways nice to see you here buddy.

It was a awesome time meeting you guys in Bangkok and yeah things move on but all for the better I do hope you can bring Travelfeed over to blurt keep me updated.
I am still living in Bangkok but thinking of moving to Jomtien beach in Pattaya it's a lot cheaper living there and will be by the beach which I love.
Good to know .. we're thinking of spending some time in Thailand towards the end of the year - maybe our paths will cross again. That would be awesome!
Just let me know I will be around and yep be nice to catch up again.
Welcome to blurt. I have also been travel blogging about Ghana since 2010, crazy how time flys. I now blog on blurt about all my travels and everyday life.
So awesome .... too bad our paths didn't cross when we were in Ghana. We loved our time there. Followed you and will keep an eye on your posts - helping me to miss Ghana less.
