I keep wondering why I abandoned my writing materials, they have become dusty for not using them for a while now. I doubt if the word abandoned is the right word to use. I have been away from blogging for a while because I was busy pursuing another dream and it is not like I stopped for no reason.
I am not very good at multitasking like many people so I usually channel all my energy at one thing at a time and when I am getting the results I want, I can then split the energy back into getting results from different angles I have invested them in.
My name is Oluwashindara Idowu, a native of Ogun state Nigeria. I am from a family of 11, I lost my dad when I was young and my elder sibling as well so we are nine in the family at the moment.
I studied computer science, I loved it but I couldn't keep up with tasks. I was doing a 12 hrs factory job and schooling at the same time, it was difficult for a girl who wouldn't have a sugar daddy or multiple boyfriends to pay her bills. I graduated in 2018 and couldn't get a job with the little knowledge I was able to acquire because I didn't want to go through a bed interview.
I settled for a hotel job with a petty salary but my boyfriend insisted I quit the job so I acquired a skill with the hope of owning a big shop one day, I was able to become a professional hair stylist after a year. I have always had the passion for it so it was easy for me to learn, I developed myself to become a beautician with the help of the Internet.
After graduation, I was introduced to blogging. It was difficult at the beginning but I got used to it and started grinding hard to make enough money for myself, it did help me survive and it did more than just surviving. I was on Uptrend, Readcash, Noisecash, and others, cryptocurrency became interesting to me.
After I reached a stage in blogging, I decided to start a physical business because it was necessary, it was the only way I can keep the balance between the crypto verse and reality, you know the market is not always smiling.
I decided to open a shop late last year from my crypto saving and it took more than I expected but I am glad it was successful in February, I tried joining blogging and the job but it was difficult.
I couldn't cope because I was the only one doing the job at the shop, I usually get home very tired.
I eventually got an apprentice which is reducing my stress and I knew it was time to go back to blogging. I told @george.dee about it and he said it would be good because blogging is more than writing now that I have a physical business, he said I can meet new customers if I am consistent.
I thought about it carefully and saw a lot of sense in what he said so I decided to pick up my writing skills from where I kept it. With blogging, I can take a step ahead of my competitors. He told me to join Hive and other platforms which I am doing one after the other.
It is going to be a fresh start and I hope I will be able to get back on track quickly, I have a lot share and you will definitely enjoy visiting my blog.
