I feel like making this cake at home sometime.
He said Pandan srikaya cake ingredients:
• 3 eggs
•50gr protein flour, 20gr cornstarch.
•150gr sugar (or according to taste) 200ml thick coconut milk.
•130ml and 50ml water) 90ml water from pandan suji leaf sediment.
How to make
• Arrange sticky rice that has been processed into washing molds. Then press ² until half the mold.
• Mix all the srikaya ingredients until smooth and not lumpy if you need to filter. After that, cook over low heat while stirring until thickened and bubbling.
• Then pour the srikaya mixture into the mold that has been filled with sticky rice until it is full.
• Steam approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
• Remove the cake from the mold and it is ready to be served.
Notes
For 250gr glutinous rice and 1 srikaya recipe, it makes approximately 15 pcs.
