I haven't posted anything to eat for almost three weeks, so today’s the day to share one of my favorites: simple potato chips cooked on a grill or, even better, on a hot metal plate. Adding some bacon or smoked fat pork belly really enhances the flavor and helps with "greasing" the down chute. :)) Raw red onions are always a great addition, and what's missing here is some yogurt...some people would add cheese on the side as well. YumYum!
