Someone was too busy admiring the communist architecture or the Indian-like communications cable web that he forgot he wasn't alone driving on that road. Funny thing, 10-11 days ago, another accident happened in exactly the same spot(last photo), and people were saying maybe it was because the road was wet. Well, this time it wasn't. I still blame it on the architecture. (◕‿◕)
