Two ideas tested truth:
(1) Most people are good people, they can do better.
(2) Most people know what needs to be done, But they don’t.
The thing that is missing in the staff is a spark of inspiration. Some self-education books emphasize what needs to be done. We want to take a different approach. I ask this question first, "Why aren't you doing the job?" If people on the streets are asked what they need to do at work, they will give the right answer. But if asked, are they doing that? Then there will be no answer '. The thing that is missing is the lack of desire to work. Mana's faith is the source of motivation. This means that the person who will do the work will have full faith in the method and results of the work and will take full responsibility for the work. In this case motivation becomes important. When a person takes responsibility for his actions and behavior, his outlook on life is positive Only then did they become constructively active in their personal lives and careers. Relationships with family members and with coworkers in the workplace improve. Life becomes very meaningful and there is a taste of perfection in life. When the physical needs of man are fulfilled, the need of emotion is the greater driving force of man. The loss or gain of human employment is determined by these two objectives. If the gain is greater than the loss, then that is the driving force. And if the loss is more than the receipt, it hurts the commodity. Receipts can be mundane and real such as financial rewards, holiday gifts etc. Receipts can also be unearthly such as recognition and appreciation of work, joy of desired gain, promotion, overall improvement, responsibility, contentment, self-empowerment, skill acquisition and trust.
