The fundamentals of 'Hardwork & Success' is quite complicated, isn't it?

Despite being someone that has done so much in life to be successful, if the result you are getting appears to be fairly pitiful, there will surely come a time when you will have to ask serious questions about what is going wrong.

Have you reached that point in your life?
Do you know anyone that has reached a point where they are asking such questions?

Lemme tell you something;

So many people are dealing with a feeling of dejection and a high level of demotivation. A good number of these happen as a result of a series of uninspiring results they have been getting despite the level of effort they make.

You know, we all like to think that our effort should be proportional to our success. It can easily be imagined that a lot of people would love to live in the fantasy of an ideal world where success can be measured by the level of effort we make.

While the above viewpoint plays out for some people, the reality that faces some other people is quite different.

Little wonder why there are so many people who work multiple jobs and spend the vast majority of each day doing things that will likely make them successful, yet they struggle to make ends meet.

Think about that.

It's quite complicated, isn't it?

As humans, the desire to be successful is something that defines us to the core. It is certainly obvious that the vast majority of us started this year with a bunch of plans which we would want to achieve.

Having such plan(s) or goal(s) is one thing. Knowing the exact things you have to do to achieve those is a different thing altogether.

I've been doing a lot of thinking about what I have to do to have a successful 2023. One of the things that have become fairly obvious in my case is that it's not enough to work hard. Hard work 'alone' is not a strategy I can count on. I need to tangle it up with other factors.

The year is still fresh, so I won't dig deep into those 'other factors' I'm exploring. I just hope things will turn out a lot better for me and also for y'all.

A pesar de ser alguien que ha hecho tanto en la vida para tener éxito, si el resultado que está obteniendo parece ser bastante lamentable, seguramente llegará un momento en el que tendrá que hacer preguntas serias sobre lo que está saliendo mal.

¿Conoces a alguien que haya llegado a un punto en el que se hagan esas preguntas?

Déjame decirte algo;

Mucha gente está lidiando con un sentimiento de abatimiento y un alto nivel de desmotivación. Un buen número de estos suceden como resultado de una serie de resultados poco inspiradores que han estado obteniendo a pesar del nivel de esfuerzo que realizan.

Ya sabes, a todos nos gusta pensar que nuestro esfuerzo debe ser proporcional a nuestro éxito. Es fácil imaginar que a mucha gente le encantaría vivir en la fantasía de un mundo ideal donde el éxito se puede medir por el nivel de esfuerzo que hacemos.

Mientras que el punto de vista anterior se manifiesta para algunas personas, la realidad que enfrentan otras personas es bastante diferente.

No es de extrañar por qué hay tantas personas que trabajan en varios trabajos y pasan la mayor parte de cada día haciendo cosas que probablemente los harán exitosos, pero luchan para llegar a fin de mes.

Piénsalo.

Es bastante complicado, ¿no?

Como seres humanos, el deseo de tener éxito es algo que nos define hasta la médula. Ciertamente es obvio que la gran mayoría de nosotros comenzamos este año con un montón de planes que nos gustaría lograr.

Tener tales planes u objetivos es una cosa. Saber las cosas exactas que tienes que hacer para lograrlas es algo completamente diferente.

He estado pensando mucho en lo que tengo que hacer para tener un 2023 exitoso. Una de las cosas que se han vuelto bastante obvias en mi caso es que no es suficiente trabajar duro. El trabajo duro 'solo' no es una estrategia con la que pueda contar. Necesito enredarlo con otros factores.

El año aún está fresco, por lo que no profundizaré en esos 'otros factores' que estoy explorando. Solo espero que las cosas salgan mucho mejor para mí y también para todos ustedes.
