They are not the same. And everyone should know the difference.. Because the faster you realize the difference, the faster you identify and pin self down to achieve your destiny. If not, life because unstable and with time becomes frustrating. When you can't reach your destiny you become impatient, resentful, antagonistic, and desperately dangerous to yourself and others.
