I'm still confused by the difference between moths and butterflies. whether the butterfly comes from a moth. ? I mean whether butterflies when they were little were called moths. ? and when they are adults they are called butterflies? for those of you who know, please explain.

only this moth that I show. I hope you guys like it with some of the pictures that I show you.

This is a really nice-looking moth. Very colourful. I like it.

You can find a few articles on the difference between moths and butterflies if you do a Google search. They're different. Generally, the boddy is thicker on moths than on butterflies. Their antennae are different as well. Moth generally fly at night and sleep during the day, and butterflies do the opposite, but there are lots of exceptions to that rule.

The ones that fly around lights at night are moths.

Anyway, I hope this gives you a better idea of the differences.

I think it is only in certain languages that they make the distinction between moths and butterflies. In French, I'm pretty sure we call them all "papillon" regardless if they are moths or butterflies. Maybe it's the same in Bahasa; you call them all by the same name. That would explain why you have trouble making the distinction between the two.

hello saboin, thank you for the information at first I was confused about distinguishing moths and butterflies. I think a little butterfly is a moth. and when they grow up, they are butterflies. I was wrong.

By the way, how are you currently?

I'm not too bad. I was off for 10 weeks because there was a lock-down due to COVID. Now I've been back at work for two months.

How are things on your end?

in terms of health I am healthy. but right now I am very stressed. too many problems coming up. the first problem was my cellphone was stolen. the next problem my boyfriend left me. I'm very stressed right now.

I work in another part of the province in Indonesia. but related to Eid al-Adha, I returned to my hometown to gather with family. but on the way, someone stole my cellphone. it happened on the bus. I overslept and my cellphone in my hand suddenly disappeared. I was very upset when I woke up.

after arriving in my hometown, suddenly my boyfriend called and he said, he had to leave me. he did not say the reason. I am really very upset with this situation. I was forced to owe money to other family members to buy a cellphone.

in Indonesia there is no locking. the government did not do that because of the low economic population. now also covid cases in Indonesia have reached 110 thousand cases. and mortality reached 6 thousand. and recovered 68 thousand.

vacation is better than having to stay at home in locking conditions.

That's a lot of bad things happening all at once. I hope things get better for you soon.

In my province of Canada, the COVID wasn't very bad. We had 170 cases in total, 2 deaths, 166 recovered and 2 that are still active. We were one of the first places to lock-down when it first started.
