Training has been part of my life for a while now but my consistency has not been as best as I'd liked.
Injury is one of the biggest hurdles to both heal from and avoid. Looking back at my injuries, I realise that proper instruction and knowledge to training is important. Taking time to warm up and do exercises with proper breathing and form and adding focus on mobility has worked wonders for me.
Stable progress is much more important to me than quick gains. For this reason, I have adapted a training regime that that pushes me incrementally but still serves as a challenge.
