So this advice is only for "legal and honorable" people trying to hide from loser ex-husbands, and not applicable for people trying to take their privacy back from big brother. And essentially the advice is move to a conservative town with about 30,000 people and a good bus system, use cash, dye your hair, and rent a house from someone that won't ask for ID. That won't work here in Canada, as ID is required for every rental situation. Also, what he didn't mention is that you can also never work again, or have a bank account. So you have to have all the currency you'll ever need for the rest of your life, in cash.
Remember, there's no such thing as a former CIA operative.
