Fewer people suffer from low back pain or low back pain. Generally women suffer more from low back pain. The main reason is to work in the wrong posture. This pain can be largely avoided by following certain rules.

Why the pain

  • As you grow older, your waist bones begin to decay. This erosion usually starts after the age of 40 years. Bone loss can cause back pain.

  • PLID or prolapsed ventricular discs are more common in people between the ages of 25 and 40. Each bone in the lumbar region contains a soft disc. If this disc ruptures and puts pressure on the nerve root, it can cause back pain.

  • When lifting heavy objects, hitting the waist, or standing, sitting, or leaning forward for a long time, there is pain in the waist.

  • Regularly driving for long periods of time causes cramping in the lower back while sitting or walking.

  • If the body weight is more according to the height, there is pain in the waist.

What to do

  • Do not bend in front of the body. When lifting something from below, bend your knees without bending your body. Keep heavy things close to the body.

  • Do not carry any heavy objects in one hand. The hand that will carry it, it will pull on the muscles of the side spine.

  • Sit with your waist straight when working on a laptop or desktop. For this, lumbar rolls or small cushions can be used in the chair. The height of the chair-table should be adjusted.

  • Sleep in a firm bed. Sleep on a mattress and a mattress. Do not use any foam.

  • Do not stand for long. If you have to stand for a long time, then sit for 20 minutes and 5 minutes instead of standing in one place. You can use footrest while standing. If you want to stand for a long time, take the weight of the body from one foot to the other for a while.

  • When you get out of bed, always lean to one side.

  • Use low heel shoes or sandals.

  • Use high tools, tables, or chairs to keep your spine straight when cutting vegetables, grinding spices, washing clothes, and cleaning the house.

  • Regular exercise works as a good antidote for low back pain. If you have pain for a long time, consult an experienced doctor.
