Everything is our fault, and none of it theirs. We use straws, drive to work, heat our homes, gather with friends, dare to breathe unimpeded, and we are domestic terrorists. These times sure are astounding.
The policies that are the most racist of all are those that claim certain segments of the population need government help, that they are too weak, uneducated and unmedicated to make healthy choices for themselves.
Absolutely couldn't have said it better!
When I was in school, ebonics was a big thing. Basically, the attitude was that black people were too stupid to speak proper English so they spoke their own version and it was racist if you insisted even in ENGLISH CLASS that they spoke and wrote properly. It was "black culture" we were told. Of course, all those kids had trouble writing effective resumes and doing well in job interviews for jobs not flipping burgers. So, we all went to the same school but were not held to the same standards.
If I told someone, anyone, even just 10 years ago all this stuff that's going on now, not only would have not been believed, I would have been put in the funny farm.
We still could be put in funny farms, or worse. Just for refusing a chemical lobotomy.
Yeah try telling a leftie libtard (which I was in 2016, campaigned for Clinton and all) that public assistance does more harm than good, just like vaccines, and you are considered a lunatic, a threat to society, a racist white supremacist Trump supporting Q crazy lunatic. As if to question our government's intentions (whatever the government is these days - clearly our US lawmakers have checked out entirely and POTUS is a malfunctioning cyborg) is akin to being homicidal.
I just received word that a dear friend of mine is in hospice care. He was diagnosed with cancer barely a month ago, found by accident, and it has already spread everywhere. One month. I think we will start seeing much more of this.
