What Do You Worship?

I've been trying to fashion a post for you all for a while now. The news is simply full of good stuff to talk about. So much so, that as soon as I have one thought of something to say, I flit off to the next news item I have something to say about. I had no more interest in delving into the previous issue, as if it had been erased from my mind.

I believe I have been a victim of the type of brainwashing we all are subject to: here-one-day, gone-the-next news.

Here are mini posts of three topics I think are very telling.

Definition of trafficking:

I made a rare, for me, trip to a large grocery store a week or so ago, and found Taylor Swift's face plastered all over the place.

Taylor Swift is being trafficked, right out in the open. Her father trafficked her prior to this, and Biden is next in line. How do we not see that the left trafficks women? Greta Thunberg is another human who was being trafficked, for financial and political gain, first by her own mother, and then by the political left. An autistic child. Now, as a woman, she's protesting the genocide in Gaza. Is the New York Times talking about her? Not a thing. Too many people would have to question their assumptions if it were known that their previous heroine is not supporting the racist state of Israel. Maybe there's hope from the children, even the ones they've fucked up. And maybe still is still being trafficked. What do you think?

Or how about this Navalny business? I haven't tried terribly hard to find specifics of what Navalny was fighting for, other than "Democracy". What would that look like in Russia? How would it be effected?

So now he's supposedly dead. This person few of us ever heard of before today is front page news. Today a very slick video of his supposedly loving, and exceptionally beautiful, widow was published.

The widow of Aleksei A. Navalny said on Monday that she would carry on her husband’s work to bring about a democratic and free Russia, presenting herself for the first time as a political force and calling on his followers to rally alongside her.

What is the message we are supposed to get from this type of front page news? What is its purpose?

What do you see and hear? I see a cyborg. I hear vacuous rhetoric. I hear military propaganda. I smell war, more war, bombing. How many countries is the US bombing now?

Isn't it interesting that we are not bombing Iran? Are we bombing in Ukraine and Gaza by proxy?

What's going on in Niger? I just heard of a young American man's being sent there as a soldier, to a country we have been unequivocally ejected from. Why are American soldiers being sent to Niger? Why were our soldiers, some of them dead now, in Jordan?

Are many of us really still operating on the level of brain-dead that is necessary to believe this shit?
