ah yes that was how I originally came across the virus fraud, that is Aajonus Vonderplanitz views. The problem is he is just acknowledging that they have taken proteins produced by our own cells/bodies and given them their label (virus). That just means they are falsely labelling things, which yes they did, but it leaves the label there. Those things are not viruses they are enzymes/proteins therefore where are the viruses? They do not exist. Hence they have falsely accused our own cells and bacteria of being an invisible bogeyman.
Viruses by definition are pathogenic and not 'of us' therefore this argument is like saying a pathogen is good therefore it is not a pathogen. Do you see?

Great info in there, especially your statements on the real causes of AIDS, smallpox, measles etc - all are iatrogenic disease. Makes so much sense. Stop taking all pharmaceuticals, including and maybe especially OTC. I'm convinced the supposed long term covid cases can be attributed to tylenol, sudafed, vaccines and the like. I took none of those when I had "covid" and recovered very easily, treating it as detoxification, a good thing to have.
I also had an ulcer, and treated it myself (no doctors for me too) by discontinuing coffee and alcohol, and eating raw honey after every meal. The excruciating pain stopped immediately, and the longer term pains of stomach aches faded quickly. How does GNM treat ulcers?

Re gnm it's all about ancient survival mechanisms we have which are triggered by perceived threats to our survival. A stomach ulcer in my case would be a threat to my nest or territory. They call it an 'indigestible anger'. It's all about finding the event that set off the process then resolving it and the body takes care of the rest.
I've uncovered a LOT of indigestible anger, who woulda known it was making me so ill.
I can't do honey being vegan. My go to is baking soda.
