This video stems from my efforts in going after the bonds of public officials to hold them accountable to the people and codes that regulate them. It is recommended that along with the bond you get the copy of the oath of office that has been properly filed. We asked for the oath of office for the superintendent of Spokane public schools and were told he did not have or need one by the district. RCW 28A.330.060 says the district superintendent must have their oath filed with the educational service district superintendent.
